There are several different juicer recipes for constipation you can choose from. Natural juices are good treatment to such illnesses; the best ones are usually vegetable juices as they are very nutritious and helpful to the human body.

All the recipes are very simple and easy to make at home, if you already have a juicer machine then it’s really no problem at all. The ingredients are basic fruits and vegetables we all share in out homes.

One of the recipes that cure constipation requires the following ingredients: 2 spinach leaves, one green apple (don’t peel skin), 100 grams of soaked in water overnight dried prunes (remove stones), 100 grams fresh or dried figs (soak in water if dried), 50 grams of fresh rhubarbs and 50 grams of strawberry (stones must be removed).

The Best Juicer Recipes for Colds

If you’re the type of person who is highly sensitive to the weather and you keep getting colds a lot more than people around you do, then the solution the that problem is very simple. Even if you don’t normally get colds and you want to get rid of on you’re suffering from now, the best thing to do is hook up the perfect juicer recipe.

Juicer recipes not only heal sicknesses, but they also make a person energetic, happy and strong. They also prevent your bones from weakening as you grow older.

Juice ¼ of a pineapple after you have removed its skin and cut it into pieces with one mango in your juicer machine (also peeled and cut into slices). Next you’ll have to separately juice a medium tomato then add it to the pineapple and mango mix. Then put all fruit juices in a sealable container (you can add 1 ½ ounces of rum), shake fruit juices then pout into glasses and that’s just about it.

This recipes is also good for flues and digesting problems.
